Rachel offers psychotherapy, counselling, EMDR, CBT, supervision and training.

Rachel works with many issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, phobias and relationship issues.   She also has specialist experience in sexual violence, domestic violence, infertility and pregnancy loss and gender and sexual diversity.
